The ideal candidate will possess a comprehensive understanding of international education standards and a passion for developing engaging, student- centered learning materials. As a Curriculum Developer, you will collaborate with subject teachers and educators to design, develop, and implement high- quality curricula aligned with the International Baccalaureate (IB), IGCSE, and other international programs.
Key Responsibilities:
Curriculum Design and Development:
Innovate and integrate technology- enhanced learning tools and resources into curricula.
Develop and design curricula, lesson plans, and instructional materials tailored to international education frameworks, including the IB, IGCSE, AS/A- Level, and international standardized tests such as the SAT, ACT, GED, and GRE.
Ensure all materials align with academic standards and cater to diverse student learning needs and preferences.
Quality Assurance and Evaluation:
Regularly review and update curricula to maintain relevance and alignment with current educational trends and standards.
Evaluate the effectiveness of curriculum materials through student performance analysis and feedback from educators.
Collaborate with teachers and academic leaders to refine and improve instructional resources.
Collaboration and Training:
Lead workshops and training sessions for teaching staff to familiarize them with new curriculum materials and best practices.
Foster a culture of collaboration and knowledge sharing among academic teams.
Work closely with teachers to support curriculum implementation and provide guidance on instructional strategies.
Research and Innovation:
Teach a small number of classes to inform curriculum development, ensuring alignment with student needs and market demands.
Stay updated on global trends and advancements in international education.
Propose and implement innovative solutions to enhance student engagement and learning outcomes.
