As a BIM Designer, based on Wood Residential House knowledge, you will create a model, modify, deploy, and review Architectural construction documents to a QUALITY that meets or exceeds total customer satisfaction.
WHAT YOU’LL BE DOING
· Exposure to Optioning conditioning within the BIM applications for creation, maintenance, or upgrade on Master Set.
· Develop and maintain moderate productivity speed, quality control and accuracy on projects.
· Have and apply an adequate general knowledge of US residential building codes and standards.
· Exposure to client communication through email and conference calls.
· Work in a team environment.
· Provide an above- average level of customer service to all Customers (Internal and External)
· Perform other related duties as assigned.
· Responsible for operating Revit | AutoCAD | Vertex BD based applications to create a model, modify, deploy, and review a USA Residential Wood House construction drawing meet client requests and Builder standards under task types: Job Start, Base Plan, Revisions, etc.

DESIRED SKILLS AND EXPERIENCE

If you can do everything listed above, you’ve got what it takes. Perhaps some of the following would be helpful too:

· Fresh graduate in Civil Engineering, Construction, Architecture, and Draftsman.

· Good modeling skills and detailed implementation. Proficient use of Revit | AutoCAD | VertexBD, or a 3D software is a huge advantage for this position.

· English skills equivalent to TOEIC 550 or higher. Good at communication skills.

· Ability to read or interpret Construction Drawings- Architectural and Structural.

· 0- 5 years of experience in a related field. Fresher is also welcome.

· High attention to detail with a high level of cognitive skills.

· Pursuing skills in basic problem solving or analysis of plan review

· Integrity and carefulness.
