Our Vietnam subsidiary works closely with colleagues in France, Germany, Italy, the UK, the US, Spain and other SOCOTEC offices. For our office in Hanoi, we are looking immediately for a BIM MEP TEAM LEADER
YOUR RESPONSIBILITY:

Update and revise BIM 3D models and design drawings throughout the project life cycle.
Create 3D MEP models, Revit families and drawings based on Pointcloud, Design drawing ...
Ensure integrity and quality of BIM models and drawings.
Detect and solve MEP clashes, make QA&QC reports.
Coordination of modelling, deliverables, and modifications with overseas colleagues.
Follow internal modelling standards and guidelines for work planning.

Degree in MEP engineering or equivalent;
3–5 years of experience in a similar role;
Proven experience in collaborative BIM platforms & common data environments, e.g., Autodesk Construction Cloud (ACC), BIM Collaborate Pro;
Expertise in electrical or ventilation design;
Strong problem- solving skills and analytical abilities.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
Proven experience working with BIM softwares and supporting tools (Dynamo, Dirit, API...); Solid knowledge of Revit, Recap;
Have knowledge of ISO 19650 standard, Omni classification, Cobie Classification, IFC exportation standard would be preferred;
Expertise in the planning of electric systems and measurement and control technology;
Able to communicate well in English;
