Job description
We are looking for a talented HVAC & Plumbing BIM Modeler & CAD draughtsman for our office in Ho Chi Minh. Therefore, you will be in charge of the following tasks:
- 3D Modeling :
• Assist the development of models that meet the project&039;s Level of Development (LOD), up to LOD 500, which entails detailing models for fabrication, installation, and as- built purposes.
• Create accurate 3D models of HVAC and Plumbing systems (e.g., pumps, valves, AHU, ducts, dampers, fans, pipes, plumbing systems etc…) using BIM software like Autodesk Revit, Navisworks, or similar platforms.
- Compliance : Follow industry standards and project- specific BIM workflows.
- Data Management : Incorporate and update equipment and installation data for accurate, as- built models.
- Drawing Production: Produce detailed electrical drawings on CAD software.
- Coordination : Work with other disciplines (architectural, structural, MEP) to resolve clashes and ensure integrated designs.
Job requirements
• Graduated from universities specialized in HVAC and Plumbing Engineering.
• Ideally having a first working experience ( 1 to 2 years), but fresher are also encouraged to show their interest.
• Knowledge of HVAC and Plumbing design and installation applied to buildings (First experience in Design office or Contracting company experience is a plus for this position)
• Proficient in Revit MEP, AutoCAD, Dialux, Navisworks, Pack of Offices.
• Proficient skills in English;
• 1- 3 year of experience of relative field
