* Working location: No 9 DT743A Str, Di An, Binh Duong
* Working time: 08:00- 17:00 from Monday to Saturday
RESPONSIBILITY
Manage Shipping Instruction, FCR/HBL/Bill issuance

Follow- up Shipping Instruction to Carrier and validate Carrier Bill of Lading
Handle and manage data update on Ikea’s system- ITM.
Issue FCR/HBL in case of need.
Co- ordinate with Customer Service to send FCR/HBL to Shipper
Handle and manage data update on the system/website of Ikea’s nominated ocean carriers.

System update, ASN management and Documentation

Receive Shipping Document, validate and dispatch document in due course
Monitor ASN, AMS/ACI/ISF/ENS quality and timeliness
Monitor vendor performance related to documentation
Ensure data be updated on systems properly in timely manner

Other Key Responsibility

Overdue Outstanding within agreed ratio
Zero Penalties & Ensure Zero Defect Level of documentation and ASN, AMS/ACI/ISF/ENS
Timely updates to Customer Service and & Effective query resolution
Invoice, PO are created within agreed timeline
BL Released within 3 days of ETD
Solution Operations Performance Delivery aligned with agreed SLA’s
Monitor corrections required and data quality in invoice
Troubleshoot and resolve operational issues / escalations
Customer Satisfaction Survey scores for relevant customers
Support customer service in customer query resolution and exception handling
Proper File closure including ICB (Inter- company billing) with all documentation within ETD/ETA

Requirements:

A collaborative team player who works well with others to achieve shared goals.
College degree in a relevant field is preferred.
A customer- oriented mindset is essential.
Proficient in English reading and writing.
Strong communication skills with the ability to express ideas confidently.
Good computer literacy, especially with common office applications.
Minimum 6 months of internship or work experience, ideally in ocean freight or supply chain management.
Demonstrates responsibility, independence, and attention to detail.
