Recruitment activity:
Advise hiring managers on recruitment matters.
Conduct an exit interview and analyse the reasons of resignation.
Ensure all vacancies are filled with suitable candidates within the targeted time.
Maintain a recruitment database of qualified or potential candidates for current and future needs.
Be responsible for press advertisement placement and be able to recommend innovative and creative design in order to get the best results.
Develop and improve the recruitment processes to be more innovative and cost- effective
Develop and Execute Recruiting Process and Plans
Participate in Branding activities: Coordinate and implement University/College/Vocational School for Recruiting Initiatives (Store Tour, Job Fair, Seminar, Workshop)
Act as a member of the recruitment interview panel.
Obtain and assess reference checks of the candidates.
Control recruitment expenses within the budget.
Plan, prepare, and hold a job fair to attract candidates.
Running the Management Trainee program to attract the most potential candidates.
Coordinate with universities, events in relation to targeted hires.
Training activity:
Ensure full training for promoters based on company policy.
Ensure to organize training orientation program for new staff: logistics, training data, attendance, and training reports.
Follow promoter rules and ensure new employees receive full induction training based on company policy.
Delivery company training programs and talent development programs as required.
Collect training requests from the store management team and collaborate with the Academy to develop training materials;
C&B activity:
Ensure timely completion of related items such as:
Manage labor contracts: Sign new/Re- sign;
Timekeeping/Salary/Tax/Insurance...
Manage employee information;
Advise/answer policies for employees.
Employee Relation & Performance:
Support the Employee Engagement survey & coordinate with other Departments for an action plan
Manage, cooperate, and support the discipline process
Participate in the implementation of the ongoing improvement plan for the whole process; standardize all kinds of forms and correspondence relating to the process.
Provide ongoing support and explanation to employees on the Performance Management process and follow- up to ensure effective and timely implementation of the process.
Support all gathering performance evaluation documents & analyze their results
Timely identification of issues and proposing remedies to ensure the whole process is implemented properly and efficiently.
Organizing a Briefing Session on Performance Management Process in preparation for 03 phases: setting Goals, mid- year review, year- end review
Planning & organizing Company event (Best Employee, Best Practice, Long Service, HR Day, Health check, AE checking, blue card...)
Coordinate with The Trade Union to propose benefits & organize events, activities for employee engagement
HR management & Reports:
Identify and reduce unnecessary tasks to increase staff productivity.
Check information and provide a report when necessary.
Build and promote teamwork spirit.
Edit SAP’s errors regarding shift plan for grade 3 up (i.e. time event, shift, night shift, annual leave, etc.). In charge of the process on SAP for grade 3 up such as: Hiring, cessation, transfer, long- term absence, resume work,…
Manage all information of employees, make sure employees’ data correct.
Support Store Manager for increasing productivity at Store (working hours, balance request to hire, etc.)
Identify potential staff for succession planning purposes.
Regularly train and motivate subordinates in daily work.
Supervise and follow up on subordinates’ tasks daily to ensure HR store’s work run smoothly
Be in charge of the headcount and turnover rate report
