• Make exact quotations and reconfirm bookings with/for overseas agents. Pay attention to all the details of the trip.
• Handle and reply to comments and complaints (if any).
• Follow closely and be informed about each of your booking when they are in country up to the departure of the clients.
■Job description
• Correspond with Japanese travel agents and partners of the company, and provide them accurate, up- to- date and correct travel information.
• Work closely with the accounting department for the following up of the payments of suppliers, the payment schedule by the client to the final financial settlement.
• Make reservations with local suppliers and hotels. Ensure the accuracy and quality of confirmed services.

■Requirement
Education level：Any
Age：23- 28 years
Language：Japanese Upper N3
Gender：Any
of experienced year：
　- Good communication skills of both verbal and written in Japanese (English is a plus)
　- Better to stay in Japan for over 1 year
　- Study Japanese over 2 years
・Japanese Upper N3
・Can go out after work (After 16:30~21:00) for support tourist
・Want to work in Travel agency
　→Not often, just Busy season（Oct- Dec）
・Over 1 year working experience in Japanese company
・Can drive motor bike（Sometimes need to go to the restaurant by Bike for guide）

■Working condition
Mon- Fri：8:30- 16:30
Sat：8:30- 12:00
※It will take more time(Not sure but from 2024?)
※But now not work on Sat because travel industry is not recovered yet
