Bio Medical Engineer

Diag is seeking a highly skilled and motivated Bio Medical Engineer to join our lab team. As a Bio Medical Engineer, you will play a crucial role in ensuring the smooth operation and maintenance of our medical equipment and devices. Your primary responsibilities will include installing, troubleshooting, repairing, and calibrating medical equipment, as well as conducting regular preventive maintenance to ensure optimal performance.

Responsibilities:
- Collaborate with cross- functional teams to develop and execute equipment maintenance plans.
- Provide training and technical support to staff on the proper use and maintenance of medical equipment.
- Keep accurate records of equipment maintenance activities, including maintenance schedules, service reports, and inventory management.
- Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and guidelines in equipment maintenance and operation.
- Assist in the evaluation and selection of new medical equipment and devices.
- Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions, and implement appropriate corrective actions.
- Stay up- to- date with the latest advancements in medical equipment technology and industry best practices.
- Perform routine inspections, maintenance, and repairs on medical equipment.
- Install, test, and commission medical equipment and devices.

- Effective communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent problem- solving and troubleshooting skills.
- Bachelor&039;s degree in Biomedical Engineering or a related field.
- Familiarity with relevant regulatory requirements, such as ISO standards
- Attention to detail and accuracy in work.
- Strong knowledge of biomedical engineering principles, practices, and standards.
- Proven experience in the maintenance and repair of medical equipment.
- Ability to adapt to changing priorities and work under pressure.
- Strong organizational and time management skills.
