Biomass Business Unit Manager

About the Role:
This is an exciting opportunity to build and lead a new department from the ground up. As the Biomass Business Unit Manager, you will be responsible for developing and executing a comprehensive strategy to drive the success of our biomass business. This includes:
Leading Sales & Operations:
Establish and maintain alliances with operating companies and biomass boiler EPC companies.
Oversee the development and management of biomass fuel suppliers and procurement business.
Develop and manage sales of steam supply utilizing biomass boilers to large steam users.
Building a Team:
Lead the recruitment and development of a talented team of professionals for the Biomass Department.
Strategic Planning & Execution:
Stay informed on market trends and industry insights to optimize business decisions.
Collaborate with the General Manager to develop and execute a comprehensive strategy for the Biomass Department.

Key Requirements:
Proven track record of business expansion and achieving ambitious growth targets.
Demonstrated experience (minimum 5 years) in the biomass boiler industry, specifically in biomass boiler sales and biomass procurement.
Extensive knowledge of biomass business operations, including procurement, logistics, and regulatory compliance.
Strong network of industry connections and relationships with key stakeholders.
Nice to Have:
Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
Experience in leading and managing a team.
Familiarity with the biomass sector, including market conditions, trends, and best practices.
Strong analytical and problem- solving skills.
