Blockchain Technical Leader

Collaborate with other responsible people for the relevant products to ensure that the technical solution is optimum and best fit to the latest move architecture.
Participate in the full development cycle: design, development, QA, experimentation, analysis, and launch. You’ll be reviewing code, writing design docs, giving feedback on product specs and mocks, and generally helping out wherever is needed.
Collaborate across teams with regards to overarching technical concepts and practices
Coach engineers to adopt best practices
Proactively discuss and consult the Product Owners, Marketing team to ensure that the technical point of view is brought into consideration while planning and growing the products.
Lead an engineering team of 5 members to develop and maintain excellent products.
Manage and support team members to become a high performing engineering team.

Understanding of blockchain concepts and experience working with blockchain platforms like Ethereum or Aptos.
Knowledge of Web3.js or similar libraries for interacting with blockchain networks.
At least experience 1 year at same position
Strong problem- solving and analytical skills.
Understanding of decentralized finance protocols and concepts, such as lending, borrowing, decentralized exchanges, and yield farming.
Familiarity with smart contract development using Solidity or Move languages.
Experience with relational and NoSQL databases.
English: good at reading technical texts, medium at writing.
Familiarity with cloud platforms like AWS, Azure, or Google Cloud.
