BLUE Spa Therapist (Nhân viên Vật Lý Trị liệu)

Thực hiện liệu trình & chăm sóc khách
• Đảm bảo chất lượng, kỹ thuật và trải nghiệm dịch vụ nhất quán.
• Thực hiện các liệu trình massage, trị liệu cơ thể, chăm sóc da mặt theo đúng quy trình và tiêu chuẩn.
• Tư vấn, trao đổi với khách để nắm bắt nhu cầu, tình trạng sức khỏe và mong muốn.
• Mang đến không gian thư giãn, an toàn và riêng tư cho khách.
Bán dịch vụ & chăm sóc khách hàng
• Tiếp nhận và xử lý phản hồi của khách một cách lịch sự, chuyên nghiệp.
• Xây dựng mối quan hệ tốt với khách nhằm tăng sự hài lòng và quay lại sử dụng dịch vụ.
• Tư vấn và bán thêm các liệu trình, gói dịch vụ và sản phẩm spa phù hợp.
Vệ sinh, an toàn & tiêu chuẩn
• Tuân thủ nghiêm ngặt các quy định về an toàn, vệ sinh và sức khỏe.
• Đảm bảo vệ sinh phòng trị liệu, dụng cụ và khu vực làm việc luôn sạch sẽ.
• Sử dụng và bảo quản đúng cách thiết bị, sản phẩm spa.
Hỗ trợ vận hành
• Chuẩn bị phòng trị liệu trước và sau mỗi ca phục vụ.
• Hỗ trợ vận hành spa trong giờ cao điểm và sự kiện đặc biệt.
• Quản lý khăn, ga, vật dụng và sản phẩm spa theo quy định.
• Thực hiện các nhiệm vụ khác theo phân công của cấp quản lý.
Spa Treatments & Guest Experience
• Ensure consistent quality, technique, and presentation of all treatments.
• Create a relaxing, safe, and personalized spa experience for guests.
• Perform spa treatments (massage, body treatments, facials, and therapies) according to approved protocols and standards.
• Conduct professional guest consultations to identify needs, preferences, and health conditions.
Sales & Service Excellence
• Recommend and upsell spa treatments, packages, and retail products professionally.
• Handle guest feedback and concerns politely and effectively.
• Build positive guest relationships to encourage repeat visits and loyalty.
Hygiene, Safety & Standards
• Ensure proper preparation, usage, and maintenance of spa equipment and products.
• Maintain high standards of cleanliness, hygiene, and sanitation in treatment rooms and work areas.
• Strictly comply with health, safety, and hygiene regulations (HACCP where applicable).
Operational Support
• Ensure correct handling of linen, towels, and spa supplies.
• Prepare treatment rooms before and after each service.
• Support spa operations during peak periods and special events.
• Perform additional duties as assigned by management.

YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
• Kỹ năng chăm sóc khách hàng tốt, giao tiếp lịch sự và chuyên nghiệp.
• Tay nghề vững, kỹ thuật chuẩn, đảm bảo chất lượng liệu trình.
• Có chứng chỉ hoặc được đào tạo chuyên ngành Vật lý trị liệu, Massage trị liệu, Spa hoặc lĩnh vực liên quan.
• Tối thiểu 1–2 năm kinh nghiệm làm việc tại spa; ưu tiên ứng viên có kinh nghiệm tại khách sạn 4–5 sao hoặc spa cao cấp.
• Giao tiếp tiếng Anh tốt; biết thêm ngoại ngữ khác là lợi thế.
• Ngoại hình gọn gàng, tác phong chuyên nghiệp, thái độ dịch vụ tích cực.
• Sức khỏe tốt, có khả năng làm việc theo ca linh hoạt, bao gồm cuối tuần và ngày lễ.
QUALIFICATIONS & REQUIREMENTS
• Excellent guest service and communication skills.
• Minimum 1–2 years of experience as a Spa Therapist; experience in a 4–5 star hotel or luxury spa is an advantage.
• Good command of English; additional languages are an advantage.
• Physically fit and able to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays.
• Strong technical skills in massage and spa therapies with consistent service quality.
• Professional appearance with a positive, service- oriented attitude.
• Certified Spa Therapist qualification in Massage Therapy, Physiotherapy, Spa, or related fields.
