Bonded Warehouse Supervisor

- Daily communication with ICD teams to organize the visits by customers, commercial teams or JBS teams from Vietnam tannery at Vietnam bonded warehouse (VNBW); hiring daily workers and forklift trucks for required tasks when necessary.
- Control the accuracy of import/exportation plans; control and push internal teams to archieve ontime ETA at VNBW to satisfy needs for export shipments.
- Coordination of purchases and deliveries for consumption materials at VNBW with VN purchasing team.
- Coordinating daily tasks in order to control all activities, arrangements with CS, logistic admin and warehouse storage management.
- Arrange offloading/loading FCL, LCL shipments with ICD staff and ensure it placed in correct area with the relevant updated packing list identifying the material.
- Manage and control all physical and system stock movements at bonded warehouse.
- Control and update weekly opening, closing stock as well as invoicing/ proejection for the month.
- Verify weekly/ monthly in transit to bonded and propose to increase or decrease storage space based on volume destinate for VN bonded.
- System inputs to create DO to issue proforma invoice (separate batches, print labels…), re-weighing all pallets/ packages for export as required by customs, making packing list to customer, control the warehouse stock file.
- Check and approve all freight forwarding invoice and ICD monthly debit note with Import/ Export coordinator note to ensure correct costing per month.
- Arrange monthly stock take to ensure physical stock match the system generated stock report.
- Reporting inspection results and material comments/ complaints to commercial team and direct managers.

- Work experience as a Logistics co-ordinator, Logistics administrator or a supervisory roles would be an advantage.

- Good knowledge of import/export working methods would be an advantage.

- Computer skills (intermediate (level A) to advance (level B)): Microsoft word, Excel and e-mail.

- Can good communicate by English
