You are an organized and detail- focused individual with a talent for managing finances? As a Part- time Bookkeeper at Hub Hoi An, you will be essential in overseeing our financial records, supporting the team, and ensuring our daily administrative functions run smoothly.
Key Responsibilities:

Generate financial reports and summaries to keep management informed.
Regularly balance bank accounts and track financial data.
Handle invoicing and monitor outstanding accounts to ensure timely payments.
Accurately record and manage all financial transactions, including payments, receipts, and general ledger entries.
Support the administration team by keeping precise records of sales, income and expenses.
Provide general administrative support, including document organization and management.
Assist in budgeting and financial forecasting activities.
Aid in preparing tax returns and meeting other financial regulatory requirements.

A strong eye for detail and excellent numerical ability.
A degree in accounting, finance, or a related field is preferred.
Willingness to learn and take on new challenges.
Strong problem- solving abilities and a capacity to work independently.
Exceptional organizational skills with the ability to handle multiple tasks at once.
Effective communication skills, with fluency in both written and spoken English.
Proficiency in managing spreadsheets.
Previous experience in bookkeeping or financial management is advantageous.
