[BOUJEE LOUNGE] MARKETING & EVENT SUPERVISOR (Nightlife field)

- Coordinating cross- functional teams to manage all aspects of event planning, including logistics, design, content, and promotion
- Building and maintaining relationships with KOL, KOC, Celebrities,industry partners, sponsors, and other stakeholders
- Staying abreast of industry trends, technology, and best practices to continuously improve event effectiveness and efficiency
- Negotiating contracts with vendors, sponsors, and venues to ensure favorable terms
- Developing marketing strategies that align with the overall brand and business objectives
- Planning and executing events, from concept to completion, ensuring they meet quality, brand, and budgetary standards
- Conducting market research to identify event opportunities and understanding target audience preferences
- Leveraging social media and digital marketing tools to enhance event promotion and audience reach
- Creating and managing timelines and budgets for event marketing campaigns
- Designing and implementing promotional activities before, during, and after the event to maximize attendance and engagement
