The Branch Manager is responsible for overseeing the daily operations of the branch, ensuring efficient execution of projects, optimizing resources, and supporting various functions such as human resources, administration, and finance. This role directly reports to the Branch Director and ensures that the branch operates in alignment with the company’s strategic goals.
Responsibilities and Duties
Branch Operations Management
Oversee and manage the daily operations of the branch, ensuring smooth execution of all projects.
Identify operational challenges and implement solutions to improve efficiency and productivity.
Maintain data security and confidentiality for all branch operations.
Monitor and optimize resource allocation to meet project deadlines, quality standards, and budget constraints.
Ensure compliance with company policies, operational standards, and legal requirements.
Team Leadership & Development
Lead, manage, and develop the branch’s workforce to ensure high performance and engagement.
Mentor and train new leaders to build a strong leadership pipeline.
Foster a positive work environment and act as a bridge between employees and senior management.
Conduct employee performance evaluations and provide feedback for improvement.
Financial & Administrative Oversight
Manage and monitor operational expenses, ensuring proper documentation and approval procedures.
Oversee procurement processes for office supplies, equipment, and services in coordination with the administrative team.
Assist in managing the branch’s budget, expenses, and financial reporting.
Human Resources & Compliance
Support recruitment activities, including candidate screening, interviews, and onboarding of new employees.
Ensure adherence to labor laws, safety regulations, and internal company policies at the branch.
Handle employee resignations and terminations, ensuring compliance with legal and company policies.
Conduct orientation and training programs to ensure employee alignment with company policies.
Reporting & Communication
Communicate key updates, challenges, and recommendations to senior management.
Provide regular operational and financial reports to the Branch Director.
Represent the branch in internal and external meetings as required.
Other assigments:
Perform other tasks as assigned by the Branch Director
Travel domestically and internationally as required.
