Sales & Marketing Management
· Be responsible for sales revenue of the assigned branch every month / quarter / year for the territory North Vietnam and Laos.
· Regular updating market and price information, taking part of market research and analysis, market entrance as well as market expanding plan
· Directly in charge in Sales and Service of Key Accounts. Being responsible for direct customers&039; relation and policies in order to keep and maintain relations with decision makers of MNC
· Coordinate with Sales & Marketing Department in head quarter to carry out business plans and marketing plans such as fairs, workshops, customer conferences, new products&039; launching, digital marketing,..
· Monitor sales performance and implement initiatives to drive growth.
· Develop and implement sales strategies to achieve branch revenue targets.
· In charge of Team building and supervising of the branch, includes recruitment, onboarding, training, supervising their works as well as evaluating and promoting them
Customer services
· Supervising, monitoring field service team&039;s activities. Facilitate all communication channels, report system needed between headquarter and branch, visits of oversea suppliers and experts if needed, in order to ensure quality service on- time.
· Implementing customer services strategy and annual plan to a monthly/weekly action plans.
· Training and developing team, support system and tools step by step to reach international standards of services
Branch Operations:
· Being in charge for all legal and foreign affairs, PR, marketing and communication activities and labor relations in compliance with company strategy, regulations and laws
· Propose and responsible for the whole branch budget, all assets as well as other resources in the Branch. Shared responsibility with team and company about customer debts; evaluating credibility of customers, updating and report.
· Take part of organizational planning, set KPIs and supervising daily tasks of all Branch&039;s employees to ensure a smooth and effective operation.
· Evaluate reports and performance and competency of each employee of the Branch on a regular basis, e.g: weekly / monthly / quarterly / year.
· Monitor the proper implementation of the regulations, processes and procedures for the staff of the Branch. Propose
