Job Summary:
Branch Director (Hub Manager) is responsible ensure the management of all activities of the Branch in order to achieve the assigned KPIs on the basis of fully complying with laws and SVFC’s regulations
Key Roles & Responsibilities:
Business management:
Sales activities:
Do market survey and propose new products, new service areas.
Conduct business activities of products provided by SVFC from time to time.
Build, organize, coordinate and supervise the implementation of direct sales at the Branch (hub) and assigned locations (spokes).
Analyze market potential and local competitors to find business opportunities and develop new customers.
Credit Operations:
Guide customers through loan procedures.
Manage and supervise customers after lending.
Collect documents, analyze, underwrite and appraise loans for customers in compliance with the provisions of law and SVFC.
Collection Management
Responsible for workforce and daily activities of collector under branch.
Ensure process compliance to minimize incident and be strong 1st line of defence, including QC and Audit check.
Handle and escalating any complaint, integrity issue or fraud cases found to Head of Collection.
Responsible for the collection performance of branch base on given collection target.
Proactively manage Business Continuity Plan to improve capability and incident response time.
Branch operation management:
Manage and control revenues and expenditures, internal procurement related to lending activities, asset management at the Branch.
Bring harmonious and united action to achieve the common objectives of each function and organizational objectives.
Manage and control compliance, monitor and store records and documents at the Branch.
To motivate employees working in different functions to contribute maximum efforts in the performance of their tasks as well as their efforts are not in conflict with each other, regulation, and compliance.
To maintain good communication with all functions to find out and fix issue promptly.
Identify, control and handle risks related to the Branch&039;s activities
Report and evaluate the quality of lending activities, appraisal and debt collection at the Branch.
- To cooperate with relevant division regard to office leasing contract, including working with landlord to extend the contract, find new offices…etc.
Human Resource management:
Manage headcounts and activities of human resource at the Branch.
Mentor, train, and evaluate employee performance to develop, recognize and retain employees.
Coordinate with relevant departments to organize recruitment.
Relationship establishment with local authorities:
Join industry associations to build relationships with the local community.
Implement and manage CSR activities implemented by SVFC in the area
To be incharge of welcoming Local Gorverment, SBV, visiting of CEO, SMT…etc and handling other requirement of local authorities.
Representing the company, building and maintaining the image of SVFC in the area
Maintain close relationships with all levels, departments, divisions, branches and mass organizations in the locality
