Branch Operations Intern

Main Responsibilities:-
Descriptions of Job duties:
- Report to Branch Operations Manager.
- Follow up status of issues and support related departments in finding root causes and solution
- Ensure operations standards are implemented and maintained: policies and procedures
- Arrange and manage the Daily / Weekly “work in progress” and tasks
- Capture and manage business’s requirements and objectives

Requirements:
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills. English is required.
- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
- Strong analytical and problem- solving skills, with the ability to interpret complex data and draw actionable insights.
- Proficiency in data analysis tools and software, such as Excel, SQL, or Tableau.
