Job objectives
The Brand Activation Executive will work closely with the Brand Activation Manager to develop the activation plan for the portfolio. The role will lead the execution of marketing programs to support the delivery of volume, turnover, gross margin and market share targets by:
• Implement plans and initiatives relating to the brand, customer experience and loyalty in order to drive the organization’s brand equity.
• Responsible to co- ordinate for conducting market research activities to forecast emerging market needs that are relevant for the organization.
• Coordinate and support Manager for brand campaigns in engaging consumers to build brand awareness and to influence purchase decisions which is ultimately growing business and brand equity.
Job descriptions
• Partner with different functions (Trade Marketing, Planning, Procurement, Sales, Legal etc. ) for ongoing projects and marketing execution and assist brand manager in launching new packaging, products.
• Work with ATL, Media, Digital and Public Relations agencies, external media partners, and suppliers to drive smooth integration and execution of plans to meet campaigns’ objectives and deliverable.
• Manage operations such as media implementation, sponsorship, booth activation etc.
• Foster strong relationships with international partners, attending meetings, trade shows, and seminars as needed.
• Analyze market trends and consumer insights, produce market research reports and identify new opportunities in international markets.
• Oversee partner&039;s digital marketing efforts, social media content, and collaborations with relevant parties to optimize marketing impact and brand reputation.
• Assist manager and internal departments to implement and manage marketing plans from conceptualization to execution including brand positioning, market intelligence and advertising opportunities, product value propositions, content creation, and launch execution of new products.
• Develop, modify, review, and oversee brand materials, assets, and Point of Sale Materials (POSM) for all company products at Vietnam Market.
• And other tasks related to the development of brands.
• Produce marketing reports as requested by Brand Manager.
• Monitor all day- to- day marketing initiatives, ensuring adherence to timelines, quality standards, budgetary constraints, and brand guidelines.
