We are seeking a highly motivated and creative Brand and Marketing Manager to lead our branding and customer acquisition efforts. This pivotal role involves both strategic planning and hands- on management, aimed at elevating our brand presence and driving customer engagement. Reporting directly to our CEO, the ideal candidate will play a critical role in shaping the company&039;s public image and driving our growth in the smart automotive market.
Key Responsibilities:
● Develop and implement strategic brand initiatives that align with the company’s longterm goals.
● Analyze market trends and consumer insights to steer brand positioning and messaging across all channels.
● Monitor and manage budget allocations for branding and marketing activities.
● Collaborate with the performance marketing team to design and execute effective customer acquisition strategies.
● Oversee the production of engaging content and marketing materials to boost brand awareness and loyalty.
● Work closely with the customer service team to enhance the overall customer experience and develop customer loyalty programs.
● Manage social media platforms, ensuring consistent and impactful brand messaging.
● Organize and participate in events and PR activities to enhance brand visibility and community engagement.
● Report directly to the CEO on brand strategy and progress, providing insights and
recommendations for enhancements.
Qualifications:
● At least 5 years of experience in brand management, marketing, or a related role.
● Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business Administration, or a related field.
● Strong understanding of digital marketing tools and techniques, including SEO, PPC, social media, and content marketing.
● Fluent in English and Vietnamese.
● Creative thinker with a passion for automotive technologies.
● Excellent communication, organizational, and leadership skills.
● Proven track record of developing and executing successful branding and marketing strategies.
