POSITION SUMMARY
We are pursuing a Brand Communication Planner to lead the admissions campaigns on multi channels (digital, partnership, …). The ideal staff must have a positive attitude, data driven mindset, good at cross functional and partnership collaboration.
RESPONSIBILITIES & DUTIES
Initiate monthly admissions campaign on multi channels
● Data driven in Identifying areas for improvements and continuously AB Testing to improve performance of ownpages, customer journey, lead generation and enrollments;
● Make reports, update campaign results and propose new growth initiatives with the Head of Marketing.
● Monitor the progress of implementing key indicators in the Agency project, continuously offering improvement and optimization plans to achieve final results.
● Initiate, test and continuously optimize campaigns to attract new students on potential channels and partners with the same target customer segment.
● Coordinate and collaborate with internal and external stakeholders including, but not limited to academics, writers, publishers, key opinion leaders, influencers, partnerships, etc.;
● Manage, measure, and analyze lead conversion, lead eligibility, and enrollment metrics of growth sources.
● Research, understand and respond to industry trends, audience segments and their behavior and motivations to come up with innovative ideas, initiatives for admissions campaigns;
Inbound Marketing
● Monitor and optimize the performance of the website: traffic, retention rate, conversion rate, leads.
● Work with agency to track, optimize page performance; campaign performance;
● Ensure consistent brand look in accordance with company brand guideline across social media channels and website;
● Validate & finalize SEO action plan to increase organic traffics and qualify paid traffics to the website in order to acquire leads with competitive budget;
● Develop inbound marketing plan for assigned target audience segment;
Undertake any other tasks as delegated by the Head of Marketing and BOM.
