Brand & Communication Specialist (PR & Event)

Assist Line Manager on the development plan & implementation for branding & communication- marketing campaigns / projects (both internal and external projects).
Be in- charge content marketing including direction / angle development, writing execution and management.
Execution (70%): initiating and implementing event & PR projects / campaigns.
Planning (30%): planning proposal for Marketing campaigns to support the departmental goals including corporate campaigns, product launch campaigns, customer experience campaigns, sales support campaigns (Agency MKT).
Project management: coordinate with cross- functions and third parties to ensure work results are delivered in good quality; in a timely manner and within budget;
Others:
Maintain up to date knowledge of Life insurance industry and on competitons activities to help with sales ideas, overcoming objections and product positioning.
Understand consumer behavior and engagement patterns with brand messaging. Propose initiatives to help enhance sales and customers including testimonial articles, customer’s story, claim activities, …
Basic digital and social knowledge and skills.
Being responsible for other projects assigned by line managers.

Proven ability to manage all types of agencies / vendors
Critical thinking and “Can Do” attitude.
English: communication level.
Good event and project management and open to study more brand- comm planning
Hold College / bachelor degree, above 06 years of experience in marketing PR & event communications Used to be work in PR & Event agency or in insurance industry is advantage
Self- motivated, detail- minded and creative with an Ability to manage timeline and work under pressure
Proactive team player. Be able to work in individual and work in team as project lead
Good writing for PR communication
