Ninety Eight is looking for a Freelance Brand Designer (Middle Level) to collaborate with our marketing and product teams in crafting high- quality visual assets that strengthen our brand identity across the Web3 ecosystem.
This is a hybrid freelance role — ideal for creative professionals who want flexible hours, competitive compensation, and the opportunity to work on impactful blockchain- based products. Candidates based in Ho Chi Minh City are strongly preferred.
RESPONSIBILITIES
Design marketing and promotional assets: landing pages, social media visuals, presentations, campaigns, etc.
Collaborate with product, marketing, and external partners to align visuals with strategic goals.
Contribute to evolving internal design standards, processes, and tools.
Stay updated on design trends and integrate modern design approaches into our visual language.
Develop and maintain brand identity for Ninety Eight and its ecosystem products, ensuring visual consistency across all channels.
QUALIFICATIONS
Ability to work both independently and in a collaborative hybrid setting.
Strong portfolio showcasing brand identity, marketing campaigns, and digital assets.
Strong sense of responsibility and self- driven attitude in managing tasks and deadlines.
3+ years of experience in brand design, preferably with experience in fast- paced or tech- driven environments.
Interest in Web3 or blockchain is a plus.
Solid understanding of design principles, typography, color, and layout.
Effective communication in English and/or Vietnamese.
Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite; familiarity with Figma is a plus.
