Brand Incubation Lead - Business Development, Shopee

As the Brand Incubation lead, you will report directly to the Brand Management team lead.
Brand Management is a part of the Business Development Department at Shopee Mall. The team comprises 34 members and is responsible for supervising the Brand Incubation Program and Seller Growth Program. The goal of these programs is to improve the performance of new and small mall sellers.

In charge of overseeing the data and reports for our team
Plan and create projects by working together with project teams within our organization.
Directly manage a team of 6- 10 Brand Key Account associates who are responsible for incubating, supporting & advising new mall sellers to grow their business on Shopee Mall.

Data analysis skills
Prior experience working with E- commerce is a plus
Leadership skills and experience
Minimum of 3 years of work experience in project management, business development, sales supervision, or a similar role.
Strong communication skills in both English and Vietnamese
