Brand Manager

RESPONSIBILITIES

Develop and implement the marketing plan of the assigned brand to achieve the strategic goals of the Marketing department in the short, medium, and long term: volume, revenue, market share, profit and increase the brand health.
Develop and comply with company policy processes to ensure operation and delivery of Output and Brand Health targets.
Build a succession team for the company through training and developing people to operate and comply with department processes and policies.
Develop, plan, deploy, test, evaluate, analyze, continuously improve, and close GAP for the assigned brand of: 4P Marketing, 360 communication campaign, Marketing activities budget for current and new products, to increase market share, brand health, output, with reasonable costs, ensuring spending is within the approved DMEC/Net Sales index to achieve optimal profits for the company.

REQUIREMENTS

More than 5 years of experience in managing beverage or FMCG brands.
Good English communication.
University graduate, preferably majoring in Marketing.
Have extensive experience in building strategies of Marketing (4Ps), implementing 360 communication campaigns to the market (TV, Digital, OOH, Activation...)
