What will you do?
As a Brand Manager, you will be responsible for driving the strategic development and execution of branding and marketing initiatives for QANDA and Mathpresso. You will ensure the brand’s alignment with our vision and values, and work to maintain and elevate our market position.
Key Responsibilities:
Business Strategy:
Collaborate with senior management to define brand vision and long- term objectives.
Analyze market trends, customer needs, and competitor activities to identify opportunities for brand growth.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand strategies that align with Mathpresso’s business goals.
Brand Development and Management:
Lead the creation and execution of brand campaigns and initiatives to increase brand awareness and engagement.
Oversee brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity.
Ensure brand consistency across all marketing channels and platforms.
Marketing and Communications:
Manage and optimize digital marketing efforts, including social media, content marketing, and online advertising.
Develop and manage marketing plans to drive user acquisition, retention, and brand loyalty.
Coordinate with internal teams and external agencies to execute marketing campaigns effectively.
Partnerships and Collaboration:
Collaborate with partners to create co- branded initiatives and joint marketing activities.
Build and maintain strong relationships with key partners, including learning centers, live streamers, and educational content creators.
Market Research and Analysis:
Evaluate the effectiveness of brand initiatives and campaigns through metrics and KPIs, and adjust strategies accordingly.
Conduct market research to gather insights on consumer behavior, preferences, and trends.
Leadership and Team Management:
Lead and mentor a team of marketing professionals, providing guidance and support to achieve team goals.
Foster a collaborative and innovative team environment.
