Mô tả công việc

"1. Marketing and Communication (50%):- Create and manage Facolos’ content and visual direction in line with brand guidelines to effectively communicate Facolos’ story, products, and lifestyle, building strong emotional connections with our community while supporting business objectives.

- Oversee content creation across all channels, including social media, website, newsletters, and PR, for both the Vietnam and global markets, ensuring a consistent and engaging brand voice.

- Selecting and working with suitable media and production house agency to produce marketing materials for Facolos matching with brand guideline.

- Strategically manage the brand and communications budget, ensuring investments drive sustainable growth, brand equity, and profitability."

- Exploiting new opportunities and working with brand&039;s partners in different marketing and branding campaigns.

- Leverage consumer insights and analytics to optimize campaign performance, track ROI, and refine marketing strategies for maximum impact and efficiency.

- Execute comprehensive marketing campaigns that effectively showcase Facolos’ products and elevate product positioning in the market.

- Lead the development and execution of marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and brand affinity in targeted markets during each period.

- Compiling the monthly brand plans for sponsorship, promotion programs and other events/actitities to ensure these activities meet the brand strategies.

- Create and develop channels ecosystem, including (brand owned channels, community group, Facolos Global Team&039;s channels) to meet Facolos&039;s branding objectives

"2. Strategic Brand Vision & Portfolio Management (20%)- Work with the CMO to develop and refine Facolos’ overarching brand strategy, defining its unique positioning within the global pickleball and sports lifestyle market.

- Build a comprehensive brand architecture, ensuring consistency across product lines while supporting expansion into new growth segments and reinforcing market leadership.

- Craft and maintain a clear, resonant brand identity that aligns with Facolos’ core values of fashion, action, and community, inspiring both players and partners.

- Establish brand equity measurement frameworks to track perception, awareness, and financial impact across all touchpoints.

- Stay informed on market trends, competitor activities, and consumer insights to continually evolve Facolos’ brand strategy.

- Conduct market and customer research to propose and manage the brand’s product portfolio."

"3. Commercialization & Business Growth Enablement (20%)- Collaborate closely with digital marketing teams to support performance marketing campaigns that drive potential leads for B2B activities and achieve retail business objectives.

- Champion cross- functional collaboration with Product, Sales, and Marketing teams to ensure seamless execution of brand strategies aligned with business goals."

- Identify and support strategic partnerships and collaborations that enhance brand visibility and unlock new customer segments locally and internationally.

- Support Facolos’ presence at tournaments, sponsorship events, and activations to strengthen brand positioning within the pickleball community.
"4. Leadership and Cross- functional Collaboration (10%)

- Report directly to the CMO and BOD, providing clear updates on brand initiatives, progress, and opportunities.

- Work closely with sales and retail teams to ensure brand strategies translate into effective go- to- market and commercialization plans, driving market share and revenue growth.

- Lead, mentor, and inspire a high- performing brand and communications team, fostering a culture of creativity, accountability, and continuous learning.

Education & Experience:- At least 3 year experience in similar position and 5 years of relevant experience in brand management, marketing, or communications, preferably within sports, lifestyle, fashion or consumer brands.

- Proven track record in managing and executing integrated multi- channel and multi- platform brand campaigns that drive growth and build community."
"2. Brand & Marketing Expertise:
- Strong strategic thinking and brand- building capabilities, with the ability to translate vision into actionable plans and impactful campaigns.

- Deep understanding of digital and social media landscapes, with experience managing content across various platforms (Facebook, Instagram, TikTok, YouTube, website, and newsletters).

- Strong people skills, with the ability to motivate, empower, and build trust while maintaining clear structures and discipline to ensure team productivity.

- Strong ability to guide and maintain consistent visual direction for the brand, ensuring alignment with Facolos’ international positioning and aesthetic standards.

- Proven experience participating end- to- end in planning, executing, and evaluating marketing campaigns focused on brand awareness, brand positioning, and product promotion to large- scale audiences.

- Proactive in exploring and applying new technologies (AI tools, marketing workflow management software such as Trello, Notion) to improve productivity and effectiveness within the brand and marketing team.

- Ability to collaborate and guide production houses and creative teams to deliver content that fits the brand’s visual and messaging standards."

- Excellent project management skills, with the ability to handle multiple initiatives and stakeholders simultaneously while maintaining high- quality execution.

- Capable of process- oriented thinking, with the ability to design and implement workflows that enhance team efficiency and work quality.

- Ability to develop creative concepts and marketing initiatives that resonate with the target audience while aligning with business goals.

- Experience in participating in creative processes for photoshoots, providing art direction, and evaluating production materials to ensure outputs align with brand guidelines and effectively communicate brand identity.

- Ability to lead, inspire, and develop team members to achieve shared goals while fostering a culture of accountability, discipline, and continuous improvement within the team.

- Comfortable working in a fast- paced, dynamic environment with a growth mindset."

- Experience in managing budgets and assessing ROI to ensure effective investment in brand growth."
