Brand Manager

To help deliver AVTech’s strategy the successful candidate will be responsible for:

Supervising advertising, product design and other forms of marketing to maintain consistency in branding;
Able to communicate affectively between internal departments, clients and partners;
Developing strategies and managing marketing campaigns across print, broadcast and online platforms to ensure that products and services meet customers’ expectations and to build the credibility of brands
Travelling when required.
Organising events such as product launches, promotional events, exhibitions and photo shoots, etc.;
Marketing coordination and business development with your Tele- sale team;
Meeting with clients and working with colleagues across multiple departments;
Working with advertising agencies to manage the brand’s marketing campaigns;
Analysing the success of marketing campaigns and creating reports;
Managing marketing budgets;
Carrying out market research in order to keep up to date with customer trends, as well as trying to predict future trends;
Designing and supervising content such as press releases, artwork, print and digital media;

Skills & Experience
An eye for detail, strong analytical and problem solving skills;
Basic knowledge of office applications such as Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Power Point) and Windows.
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills with prior leadership experience handling marketing projects;
Experience with foreign working culture (optional);
Excellent communication and written skills in Vietnamese and English;
2+ years’ experience in Brand Managing/ Marketing;
Have experience with IT products (optional);
Qualifications
Other known industry qualifications and certifications would be an advantage.
Candidates with a Bachelor degree in Marketing or a related discipline;
Personality Attributes
Self motivated and willing to work outside the normal business working hours to meet business and client expectations;
A desire to take responsibility and ownership to see actions/issues through to completion;
The ability to adapt to a changing environment that requires proactive and innovative solutions.
A positive, results oriented and customer focused attitude;
Professionally presented;
