JOB OVERVIEW
Reporting to the Board of Directors (BOD), the Brand Manager is responsible for developing and executing strategies to strengthen the assigned brand, with a key focus on S.T. Dupont’s online and offline channels. This role works collaboratively with the Marketing Department, Trade Marketing, Operations, and external partners to ensure consistent brand representation, seamless retail execution, and impactful marketing campaigns. Responsibilities include business development, store expansion, digital and physical brand activations, and operational alignment to achieve growth and profitability targets.
DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES
Brand Development & Strategy
- Align brand strategies with corporate marketing direction while tailoring them to specific market needs and customer segments.
- Ensure brand guidelines and identity are consistently applied across all customer touchpoints.
- Collaborate with Marketing and Trade Marketing teams to develop and implement brand strategies for S.T. Dupont across both online (e- commerce, digital platforms) and offline (retail stores, boutiques, pop- ups) channels.
Business Development & Store Expansion
- Identify new market opportunities and expansion prospects for S.T. Dupont stores and concessions, including luxury malls, standalone stores, and e- commerce platforms.
- Manage brand leasing negotiations for new physical locations in alignment with growth strategy.
- Work with BOD and Operations on store expansion planning, from site evaluation to launch execution.
Marketing, Trade Marketing & Digital Collaboration
- Contribute retail and operational feedback to refine omnichannel strategies for greater customer engagement and sales impact.
- Partner with Marketing and Trade Marketing to design integrated campaigns for S.T. Dupont that encompass trade promotions, in- store activations, and digital advertising (SEO/SEM, social media, e- commerce ads).
- Collaborate on KPIs review (traffic, conversion, ROI) across online and offline channels and share insights for campaign optimization.
Event & Activation Management
- Coordinate with Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations to plan and execute premium events and activations for S.T. Dupont, including store openings, pop- ups, and VIP experiences.
- Build and maintain partnerships with media, influencers, and strategic collaborators to strengthen brand presence in luxury segments.
Operational & Retail Collaboration
- Provide feedback from retail performance to continuously improve customer experience and brand operations.
- Work closely with Operations to ensure seamless execution of brand initiatives across retail and e- commerce, including merchandising, stock alignment, and customer service excellence.
Financial & Market Insight
- Conduct market research and competitor benchmarking for insights into customer behavior, pricing strategies, and new growth opportunities.
- Support brand P&L management, including budget control and profitability analysis for both digital and retail channels.
Other work as assigned by BOD.
DAY- TO- DAY DUTIES
- Review daily performance metrics of both offline stores and online channels (e.g., website, e- commerce platforms).
- Assist in preparing brand reports and strategy recommendations for growth and customer engagement.
- Coordinate with BOD, Marketing, Trade Marketing, and Operations on ongoing campaigns and store activities for S.T. Dupont.
- Support cross- functional meetings for campaign planning, activations, and retail updates.
