The F&B Brand Manager is responsible for leading the strategic development and growth of the assigned F&B brand. He/she contributes to the development of his/her brand in terms of store operations and growth, event planning, business analysis, new products and menu development.
Responsibilities
Recommends and leads specific brand training and inspects brand operations to ensure that it is correctly functioning according to brand standards.
Analyzes prices, competition and market segment at which the store product is aimed, in order to ensure providing brand related reports and data on regular basis.
Plans and organizes events, prepares promotions, sales and special marketing activities with the Marketing Manager and Operations Managers, as well as liaises with the Marketing department and the suppliers to properly execute marketing strategies.
Coordinates the brands activities to obtain optimum efficiency of operations with minimum costs in order to maximize profits and ensure high quality standards for sales, rotation and loss.
Assists in recruiting,training,motivating and evaluating his/her team to ensure that the department has the necessary skill base and that staff are optimally motivated and enabled to maximize their potential and contribution to the company. Selects menu items and products in accordance with the markets taste and in coordination with the Operations Managers.
Takes ownership of new markets opening and existing markets development, as well as liaises with franchisors, Country Managers and different corporate departments for new outlets validation and designs.
Qualifications
Fluency in English.
7 to 8 years of experience in Food and Beverage operations with 3 years in a managerial position.
Bachelors degree in Hotel/Restaurant Management or Business Administration, Attention to Details Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Marketing
