Principal Accountabilities
- Prepare P&L of local promotion, event, PR &digital marketing activities.
- Deliver customer and market share growth.
- Be responsible for brand expansion via new shop opening and new customer recruitment as planned.
- Manage and optimize P&L following aligned target.
- Propose local promotion, event, PR &digital marketing strategies based on brand business plan.
- Manage sales and marketing activities on online platforms; analyze and optimize E- commerce activities and KPIs on key partners’ flatforms; manage the E- commerce enabler.
- Manage budget and resource allocation for each function; continuously monitor to ensure all committed goals achieved while maintaining good sales and marketing harmony.
- Set up the trading term with distributed channels to ensure the profitability of channels.
- Evaluate competitive challenges for brand and find opportunities for growth and profit.
- Lead or support corporate sales activities & activities associated with new door and market launches.
- Analyze customer segments and trends of different channels to identify potential business opportunities.
- Stay open to any chances for developing new potential channels or co- branding with external parties.
- Plan for product portfolio, assortment, product pricing to be competitive and effective.
- Manage and drive business for offline channels; manage store displays to ensure optimum display of brand and range.
- Plan, supervise and modify short to long- term integrated sales and marketing strategies on Brand level.

- Be on top of the internal cooperation between the Brand and key stakeholders to ensure smooth store and business operations and highest KPI performance, both offline and online.
