Position: Brand Manager (Brand: HAVATEK).
Working time: 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM (Monday – Friday) and 8:30- 12:30 (Saturday Morning).
Report to: ODM & Trading Director.

Our mission is to democratize smart beauty for the next generation of consumers.
Brand Strategy & Global Positioning:
Ensure strong brand differentiation, emotional resonance, and consistency with company vision, mission, and strategic goals.
Develop and refine Havatek’s global brand identity, visual system, and communication tone across all channels and markets.
Build brand concepts and creative narratives that translate well across both local and international markets.
Product Portfolio Expansion & Innovation:
Monitor industry movements, consumer behavior, and competitor activity to inform product decisions.
Drive end- to- end product development, collaborating with R&D, production, and sourcing teams to launch high- quality, scalable products (e.g., skincare, devices, supplements).
Lead market opportunity analysis to identify white spaces in beauty- tech, wellness, and personal care.
Build and manage the product roadmap, aligned with consumer insights and innovation trends.
Go- to- Market & Campaign Execution:
Anticipate risks in campaign execution and develop timely, innovative solutions.
Collaborate with internal and external creative, media, and commercial teams to execute consistent and high- impact activations.
Oversee 360- degree brand campaigns across traditional and digital channels.
Performance Tracking & Team Management:
Build, lead, and inspire a cross- functional brand team.
Measure and report performance of all brand and marketing initiatives, with clear KPIs and ROI evaluation.
Act as a strategic connector between brand, R&D, creative, and commercial teams, ensuring tight alignment from product to communication.
