Brand Manager _ Beverages - North

· Leverage customer insight data to strengthen and refresh brand management
· Provide design and direction for marketing collaterals, web, product packaging, and other visual communications for the company
· Manage and Enhance Brand and Product portfolio in charge in discipline with Marketing & Brand strategy
· Develop in- depth WHO profile and Execute brand communication plans
· Develop and Implement media planning, buying, and other innovation touchpoints
· Manage Brand A&P and Execute with discipline
· Develop & Execute Co- MKT plans for MT/Retailers based on reconciliation from Trade MKT
· Manage agency and partner relationships
· Build databases & knowledge of Centers of Expertise
· Drives profitable sales, brand growth (brand health and consumer panel parameters)
· Ensure Brand communication within areas of responsibility to be consistent with the Corporate and Brand positioning
· Lead multi- functional team to develop & execute holistic initiatives via LLP (Local Launch Plan) & IMC development & execution. Directly lead ATL development & brand activation for the initiatives

· Bachelor’s degree or MBA in Marketing
· Well- versed in speaking & written English communication
· Problem Solving and Performance orientation
· Experience Required: Minimum 3 years of related work experience
· Strategic Leadership and Analytical Ability & Superior Critical Thinking
· Strong communication and influence skills – clear, concise, and persuasive in style
