Responsibilities
- Manage and monitor brand performance both in terms of trade and visibility in line with company objectives and budget. Manage the A&P budget in line with the company value chain.
- Full responsibility for developing a business plan and execution for specific brand products of the supplier/brand/channel/customer.
- Conducting product demand forecasting analysis to ensure inventory sustainability. Coordinating with relevant departments to ensure product availability to meet consumer demand.
Brand marketing activities:
- Develop store guidelines—planogram.
- Develop quarterly and annual key promotional and operational plans for trade.
- Develop exit strategies for unsuccessful products.
- Manage and execute all brand communication materials.
- Analyse data or insights to identify industry and consumer trends for assigned products.
- Develop and manage POSM production for the brand.
Other activities:
- Work with marketing teams to determine competitive pricing and promotional activities for a product category.
- Work with other departments to perform daily tasks.
- Foster trusted relationships with suppliers to achieve better pricing and service quality.
- Work with sales teams to determine appropriate distribution and penetration of products/brands.

Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience in similar position
- Experienced in FMCG field
- Good in English
- Bachelor&039;s degree or equivalent in Marketing
