MÔ TẢ CÔNG VIỆC
- Support the Marketing Manager of the category in identifying and implementing the brand&039;s short-term and long-term marketing strategies in line with the company&039;s overall business strategy.
- Manage advertising service companies, suppliers to ensure the results according to commitment and cost-effectiveness.
- Manage and use the marketing budget properly and effectively within the approved budget.
- Managing Marketing/Brand Management activities of the brand, building consumer preferences to achieve the common business goals of the charge lines.
- Support the Marketing Manager of the category in building and developing new products and new packaging.
- Propose, plan, implement and evaluate Marketing programs & activities and evaluate the results of marketing programs in the year of each brand in charge, ensuring that according to the overall development strategy set and achieve the category goals.
- Closely monitor the sales situation and forecast the output of the category.
- Planning, building, developing, and organizing the implementation of the brand&039;s marketing plans according to the company&039;s general business goals based on continuous analysis and evaluation of the brand, market, and consumer psychology.
YÊU CẦU CÔNG VIỆC
EDUCATION:
• University graduate or higher majoring in Economics, Business Administration, Marketing, or related majors.
EXPERIENCE:
• Experienced in managing a working group to implement brand development projects & Marketing activities: communication program (ATL) and brand activation program (BTL), (new product development, research, market research, advertising, promotion, etc.).
• At least 5 years of experience working in a similar position in the field of Marketing in multinational companies /large-scale companies in the confectionery/ food/ FMCG industry.
KNOWLEDGE & SKILLS:
• Understanding & proficiently implementing brand/marketing knowledge & skills.
• Good planning, division of work & control skills.
• Good presentation, negotiation, and communication skills.
• Analytical and decision-making skills.
OTHER REQUIREMENTS:
• Proficiency in the office computer.
• Enthusiastic and proactive spirit at work.
• Ability to withstand high pressure.
• Good communication in English.
