JOB DESCRIPTION:
- Monitor and participate in field sales to ensure execution meets plans
- Always leverage partnership deals and platform offerings to create win- win situation
- Knowledge in DMS system to ensure plans meet actual markets
- Lead the projects and collaborate with related departments to come up with the brand’s sales plans
- Build strong relationships with clients (brands) as valued partners to drive Finviet’s platform growth
- Create strategies and plans to grow existing groups and hunt new groups of clients (brands) for Finviet’s platform
- Report activities and participate in periodic reviews with the management team
REQUIREMENT:
- Strong analytical mind, excellent problem- solving, skills and business acumen
- Key experience: Brand Hunting/ Project Planning/ Commercial/ Brand Marketing/ Key Account (MT)/ Category (MT)/...
- From 4- 5 years of work experience in FMCG
- Strong organizational communication skills and people management capacity, able to build rapport and earn trust
- A proven track record of successful negotiations and relationship management
- Excellent written and oral skills, good at English
