Brand Manager ( Lĩnh Vực Giáo Dục )

As a Brand Manager, you will lead the team and provide day- to- day mentoring to Branding – communication marketing staffs at our brands. The main responsibility for the role consists of making sure that branding is consistent across advertising and campaigns while supporting our centers to enhance students’ experiences throughout various activities.

Monitor, control, implement brand standards & specification;
Other tasks/cross functional projects assigned by the BOD.
Exploiting new opportunities for sponsorship to strengthen the brand images and to support sales team in achieving the sales targets;
Plan & Execute events & activations;
Management of marketing budgets within agreed allocation and align with approved advertising activities;
Assist Sales department with monthly promotion campaigns;
Work together with the Creative team & Digital team to establish campaign foundation that meets Marketing goals & Business requirement;

Analytic capability to manage & diagnose issues and opportunities & turn them into marketing actionable recommendations;
IMC development and execution experience;
Good English communication. IELTS 6.0+ & above is an advantage.
Detail attention, strong presentation;
Love working in education field;
Foundational knowledge on Brand building/communication, Digital/Social savvy;
At least 4 years brand management experience;
Strong interpersonal, communication, and complexity/project management skills;
Experience/ability leading or working with both internal stakeholders and external partners (agencies, vendors, business parters);
Ability to operate in a dynamic environment, and to provide innovative approaches in a team- based structure;
