is a fashion company founded by Vietnamese in 2014, so far YODY has 250+ stores nationwide, 7 offices (Hanoi, Hai Duong, Da Nang, Ho Chi Minh), and 2 manufacturing factories. The scale of about 5000+ employees.

Summary PositionBrand Manager has the role of planning, building, and managing YODY‘s brand image, to create widespread brand recognition and create brand positioning to targeted customers.
Summary DeptMarketing Department is responsible for advising the BOD on issues related to brand development, distribution channel development, building new product brands, identifying target customers, and supporting other departments in the company to implement marketing plans.
Key Responsibilities
1- Brand Strategy
- Build and implement a comprehensive brand strategy, including defining KPIs (Performance Indicators) to measure brand health.
- Monitor brand health metrics such as brand recognition, customer satisfaction, and market access. Apply necessary measures to improve and maintain these indicators.
- Regularly evaluate and reposition brand position in the fashion industry.
- Propose and implement marketing and promotional activities to enhance brand recognition and brand positioning in the minds of customers and in the fashion market
- Participate in building relationships with brand- related partners
2- Identify insights and manage brand communications to customers
- Build and maintain positive relationships with customers through communication channels and brand events.
- Analyze and apply information obtained from market research to propose product development options and product stories that suit customer needs and expectations.
- Work closely with the Market Research department to conduct in- depth marketing research on the market and customers, thereby shaping important insights.
3- Develop and implement Product Marketing Strategy
- Monitor the performance of product marketing and brand marketing activities and propose necessary adjustments.
- Design and implement creative marketing campaigns, including advertising, communications, events, and social media.
- Devise marketing strategies based on market research and data analysis.
- Be the main liaison between the marketing department and internal departments such as production, design, and sales to external agencies such as agencies, press, KOC/KOLs, etc... to ensure that the product and brand message performed consistently.
- Ensure that new products and existing product lines are consistent with the brand strategy and meet market needs.
Working time and place
- Work from Monday to Saturday/week
- Add: choose 1 of 2 offices
+ Hai Duong Office: An Dinh, Viet Hoa, Hai Duong (with shuttle bus from Hanoi to HD)
+ Hanoi Office: No. 90 Nguyen Tuan Street, Thanh Xuan District, Hanoi Capital
