BRAND MANAGER ( MOM & BABY CARE )

- Plaining and schedules for brands building that you are assigned to be in charge of.
- Analyze brand positioning and consumer insight
- Plan and implement marketing plans for brands.
- Coordinate closely with teams (design, operation) and agents of the Company to implement timely activities
- Translate brand elements into plans and go- to- market strategies
- Connect your brand&039;s operations with sales and other departments effectively.
- Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns.
- Devise innovative brand communication campaigns
- Investigate and competitor analysis as well as opportunities based on market realities, customer trends and development goals of competitors.
- Supervise brand implementation, sales implementation, market demand analysis to propose appropriate actions.
- Ensure harmony between the brand personality and the vision, mission, goals and strategy of the company
- Oversee marketing and advertising activities to ensure consistency with product strategy
- Anticipate risks for timely handling measures
- Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities.

- At least 2 years experience in the same position, within toodler nutrition (milk scum, formula milk, milk powder, yogurt)
- Bachelor&039;s Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics, or related major.
- Presentation, outstanding communication skills and team management skills
- Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
- Being able to communicate in English is an advantage
- Business literacy: Good knowledge of consumer insights based on qualitative data P&L Management
