Brand Manager

•Analyze market situations, internal sales performance, consumer insights, market trends, competitors’ movements, etc. to identify brand opportunities and issues, understand unmet needs for brand planning
•Lead brand planning and execution, strong management for both ATL and BTL activities to ensure excellent execution
•Get closed to customers/ consumers via frequent market visits
•Be able to work well with cross functions to drive sales and build brand
•Lead cross functions (R&D, production, supply chain, purchasing, sales, trade marketing) to run NPD process: new product concept development and testing, packaging design & testing, sales forecasting, new product launching, sales briefing/ training, stock management and sales movements... to ensure the success of the launch
•Management of marketing budgets within agreed targets
•Other tasks assigned by line manager

•Bachelor Degree in Marketing, Business Administration, Economics or related major
•At least 2 year experiences at the same position, within FMCG industry is a big plus
•Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
•Ability to multi-task and be proactive & independent in a fast-paced, dynamic environment
•Good communication skills both written and oral, presentation and negotiation skill
