Plan and develop brand strategy.
Ensure the growth in brand awareness, preference, and loyalty of brands
Support long- term innovation strategy: You will support the team in building the long- term innovation strategy, leveraging macro- trends and consumer and business insight to craft a strategy that will deliver against our strategic priorities today and tomorrow.
Develop brand’s KPI.
Work with cross- functional partners to develop and execute short- and long- term brand strategies to exceed company objectives
Develop the brand&039;s annual budget plan.
Develop and oversee the implementation of communication and marketing plans
Oversee the development and implementation of campaigns to promote brand and revenue, including:
Exhibitions, fairs, events, sponsorships, cooperation with other brands.
Other derivative programs.
New store opening campaigns
Key campaigns on major shopping festivals of the year.
Allocate budget for each group of campaigns/ branches/ communication channels, manage brand’s budget
Periodically review, remind, evaluate and propose solutions to ensure the campaigns are implemented on schedule and effectively.
Measuring and reporting on campaign performance and assessing KPIs and ROI.
Develop plans for brand communication, marketing, promotions in each region, branch, and market based on the company&039;s strategic direction, short, medium and long- term goals.
Ensure that messaging and marketing activities are aligned with brand and company values.
Assign KPIs to each brand assistant manager to measure the implementation of campaigns.
Collaborate and work closely with relevant departments/ divisions in accordance with the company&039;s processes and regulations.
Analyze brand, consumer insights and competitive trends, and recommend actions to be taken
Work cross- functional (Marketing Division, Retail, Human Resources, Finance and Accounting Division, Branch, Store Operation, …) to gain alignment for key project milestones
Leadership
Monitor, evaluate, motivate & provide professional trainings for staffs to improve the qualifications and knowledge of the members of the department
Perform other tasks assigned by Line Manager/ company
