Brand Marketing (Content)

BMBSOFT Vietnam Co., Ltd. has been built from an outstanding technical team with rich experience. We chose BMBSOFT as our new destination to fulfill our dreams of becoming one of the biggest start- up business in IT. We are seeking a skilled Brand marketing to join our team with responsibility as below:
Responsibility:
Brand marketing (70%)

Develop engaging and relevant content for both internal and external communication in the website, social media channels, and other online platforms
Develop and implement SEO to improve the company’s visibility in online searches (if any)
Create content that promotes and enhances the company culture and brand.
Plan, execute, and optimize integrated marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive lead generation
Collaborate with sales to ensure marketing efforts support lead generation and sale goals.

Internal communication (30%)

Act as the MC for company events, leading and hosting programs effectively
Keep employees informed and engaged
Organize and manage company events and programs, from concept to execution. Write scripts and plan, ensuring they are engaging and aligned with the company’s objectives.
Develop and maintain communication for internal events and initiatives

Requirements

Experience in event hosting and organization.
Proficient English both written and oral
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communication, or related field
At least 3 years of experience in Content marketing/ Brand Marketing/ Internal Communication or a similar role
Creative, proactive, and able to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
Strong skills in content creation
Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to grasp trends and catch trends well
Nice to have:
Working experience in the IT company or being passionate about the IT industry is a plus.
Experience in SEO with focus on B2B and international market is a plus
