Brand Marketing/ Employer Branding

Manage and operate the system of digital recruitment channels.
Other tasks as requested by the Line Manager.
Make reports, evaluate communication activities, implement content chains, and propose next plans or actions.
Develop and implement an EVP plan and support the Talent Acquisition team to drive a multi- channel recruitment strategy to attract, engage, and onboard potential employees.
Plan annual activities and organize- participate in Recruitment events at universities, and training centers... and be the annual focal point to maintain and develop cooperative relationships with these units.
Enhance brand awareness, attract brand followers, and manage the brand and TCV&039;s presence as a professional, attractive employer across channels.

Minimum3- 5 years of experience in Brand Marketing/ Employer Branding or Equivalent position.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Have skills in writing, content creation, and event organization.
Minimum 1 year at Leader roles.
Prefer major in Journalism, Marketing Communications, and related fields.
Know how to use basic video design/editing software.
Good English communication skills.
