Brand Marketing Executive

Plan and execute brand activation campaigns or events to drive brand engagement with customer loyalty.
Manage and elevate HouseNow&039;s brand identity across all channels, including digital and social media.
Work closely with other departments such as sales, production, and customer service to ensure smooth execution of brand activities.
Conduct market research and competitor analysis to understand trends, consumer behavior, and competitive analysis.
Develop and implement comprehensive brand marketing strategies aligned with the company&039;s overall business objectives.
Monitor and analyze brand performance metrics, such as brand equity, customer perception, and market share.

Strong teamwork and interpersonal skills.
Experience with analytics and reporting tools.
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications or a related field.
Creative thinking and problem- solving abilities.
Proficiency in digital marketing tools and social media platforms.
Strong understanding of branding principles and marketing strategies.
2+ years of experience in brand management, marketing or a related role.

Salary offer based on capability: 10.000.000- 15.000.000 VNĐ
2- month probation period
Participation in social insurance, health insurance, and unemployment insurance as required by the government
Allowances:
Total allowance of 1,460,000 VND for 22 working days
Parking allowance: 110,000 VND/month
Lunch allowance: 550,000 VND/month
Equipment allowance: 500,000 VND/month
Phone allowance: 300,000 VND/month
