Brand Marketing Manager

Devise innovative growth strategies
Lead creative development to motivate the target audience to “take action”
Align the company around the brand’s direction, choices and tactics
Monitor product distribution and consumer reactions
Manage a team of marketing people working on brand initiatives
Analyze brand positioning and consumer insights
Translate brand elements into plans and go- to- market strategies
Measure and report performance of all marketing campaigns, and assess ROI and KPIs
Shape and communicate our vision and mission
Monitor market trends, research consumer markets and competitors’ activities
Establish performance specifications, cost and price parameters, market applications and sales estimates
Oversee new and ongoing marketing and advertising activities

Strong analytical skills with data driven analysis
Good at computer skills (word, excel, power point)
Highly flexible/open- minded, resourceful and practical.
At least 1- 3 year experiences at Manager level with significant achievementsin FMCG/Dairy industry
Experience: Hands- on experience in marketing, advertising, market research, marketing analytics, consumer behavior among other related fields is preferred.
Education: degrees in Marketing, Business or a related field are preferred.
Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skill
Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
