Consumer understading
Articulate a strong brand positioning and enhance customer experience by leveraging customer insights, market expertise, competitive landscape analysis, and a customer- focused approach.
Corporate Brand Strategies
- Build up brand strategies and brand positioning including the establishment of style guides, brand guidelines, brand vision and value propositions for both short- term and long- term objectives
- Develop, manage and monitor all of brand marketing activities of Con Cung as a master brand, Including—but not limited to—advertising campaigns and new brand development initiatives.
Brand Management
- Propose, develop and implement tactical brand marketing programs to drive brand love and brand affinity
- Follow up and analyze brand performance and propose suitable programs
- Collaborate with Agencies and/or internal departments to develop TVCs, product packaging, POSM,and communication vehicles that fit with product key message
- Plan and execute all communications and media actions across all channels
Budgeting
- Managing the budget for advertising and promotional programs
- Propose, manage and monitor budget for all brand marketing campaign, Including- but not limited to- advertising campaign, new product launching…
Yêu cầu công việc
- Strong at brand management, consumers understanding, creative & strategic knowledge
- Communication & Presentation skill, Negotiation
- Advanced English skill, both in speaking and writing skills
- Bachelor degree in Marketing related field is preferred.
- Highly flexible/open- minded, resourceful and practical
- Strong analytical skills with data- driven analysis
- 2- 5 years of experience in the position of brand manager/ marketing manager
