Job description
Responsibility:
Influencer Marketing:
Identify and collaborate with influencers to promote our products.
Analyze the data to identify trends and insights to optimize influencer marketing strategies to achieve the KPIs.
Develop and execute end- to- end monthly influencer campaigns, including defining campaign goals, managing budgets, and creating content.
Brand strategy and campaigns:
Create and execute all brand marketing campaigns across various channels (digital, PR, social media, print, events, etc.).
Produce engaging, always- on social media content that aligns with the brand’s voice and values on fan page & manage Facebook user community group.
Conduct market research to understand customer insights & preferences, industry trends, and competitive landscape.
Implement data- driven strategies to improve brand visibility, awareness, and trust.
Monitor campaign performance and adjust strategies as needed.
Work closely with your direct leader and collaborate with cross- functional teams to define, maintain, and promote brand positioning, messaging, and visual identity. Develop and refine brand guidelines to maintain consistency across all channels.
Collaboration and others:
Perform other relevant tasks assigned by direct supervisor
Propose initiatives to increase market share and brand’s reputation
Work closely with in- house teams (Performance Marketing, Design, Sales, Customer Support, Finance, etc.), freelancers, agencies, and media partners to ensure impeccable execution of all campaigns.
Collaborate with designers to create visual assets and any marketing collateral.
Foster relationships with influencers, partners, and media outlets.
Requirements:
Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, or related field.
Demonstrate high standards of work ethics, driven by quality & productivity.
Have a positive can- do attitude, attention to detail, and proactiveness toward going beyond the call of duty.
Creative mindset and ability to think outside the box. Critical thinking with good analytical and problem solving skills.
Highly adaptable, collaborative, and can learn quickly to come up with prompt solutions.
Proficient in Google, computers, and basic analytics tools.
Proven experience in brand, influencer, or marketing in general with minimum of 3 years within the industry.
Up to date with the latest trends, technologies, tools, and methodologies in brand, influence marketing, or social media, especially in the Vietnam market.
Excellent English and general communication skills.
