The Brand Team Leader is responsible for shaping and managing the brand&039;s identity and presence in the market through effective communication, media relations, event planning, brand collateral development, brand partnerships, content creation, social media management, and digital campaign coordination activities.
Branding Lead
Planning: develop and execute brand marketing plan including digital, print, social media, events, and public relations aligned with the target audience, market trends, and competitive landscape.Tracking: measure and report on the effectiveness of branding activities and providing recommendations for improvement.Budget control: develop and manage budgets of related branding activities.Team management: support Line Manager in recruiting, trainning, and managing team members to ensure high performance and productivity.

Communication: plan and ensure the consistency of key message/concept delivered through monthly basic or specific compaigns (new concepts, new project,...)Media relations: build and maintain positive relationships with journalists, bloggers, and media outlets to secure media coverage and manage press inquiries effectively.Event: plan and ensure the execution of branding events such as anniversary events, new market entry events and other related branding- purpose events.Brand collateral: produce and manage related brand materials from physical to digital items such as brand collection, corporate profile, corporate video,...aligning with align brand&039;s strategy and brand identity.Brand partnerships: identify and explore potential partnerships or collaborations that can enhance the brand&039;s exposure and appeal to the target audience.
Digital Marketing
Content: develop and create the proper digital content that aligns with the brand&039;s messaging and appeals to the target audience.Social media: manage accounts and responses on the official social media channels of the company (Website, App, Facebook, TikTok, Youtube, ...)Digital campaign: plan, execute and optimize digital marketing campaigns across channels such as social media, email marketing,...Perform other tasks as assigned by Line Manager.
