Brand Promotion Ambassador Operation & Payroll Executive (Ontrade & MOFT)

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES:
Calculate Salaries and Incentives

Ensure the accuracy of salary calculations by considering key performance indicators (KPIs), attendance records, and completed activities.
Maintain transparent records for salary breakdowns, including base pay, bonuses, and any applicable deductions.
Determine monthly and incentive- based salaries for BPA (Brand Promotion Ambassador), Team Leaders, and Supervisors.

Monitor BPA Execution and Team Leader Route Plans (MAPs System)

Oversee the Team Leaders&039; route planning using the MAPs system to optimize coverage and time efficiency across locations.
Regularly review the execution performance of BPAs to ensure adherence to established standards and guidelines.
Identify and address discrepancies or deviations in the execution and route plans promptly.

Analyze and Assess Operational Effectiveness

Conduct detailed assessments of the BPA team and the performance leadership team to identify strengths, weaknesses, and areas of improvement.
Develop reports and actionable recommendations based on insights to enhance team performance and operational efficiency.
Utilize quantitative and qualitative data to measure operational effectiveness, focusing on execution quality, productivity, and customer engagement.

Payment Process Management

Manage and execute payment processes for various stakeholders, including:
Other payments: Handle miscellaneous payments (e.g., reimbursements, allowances) with proper documentation and approvals.
Non- M1 salaries: Process payments for non- M1 roles with detailed breakdowns.
BPA salaries: Ensure timely and accurate disbursements.
Maintain detailed records of all payment transactions for audit and reporting purposes.
Coordinate with the finance department to streamline payment workflows and resolve any discrepancies in a timely manner.

Position Experiences: Experience in payroll management, preferably within FMCG or similar industries at least 2 years
Education: Bachelor’s degree
Industry Experiences: FMCG

Computer: Skillful in computer software: Excel (Expert), Words, Powerpoint, etc.
Language: Ability to communicate clearly and concisely, both orally and in writing (Good communication skill in both Vietnamese and English)

Knowledge/ Skills:

Communication: Explaining payroll details & resolving employee problems effectively. Coordination with GRSC team (3rd party for payroll)
Understand FMCG dynamics: PG workforce & incentive scheme commonly used for PG & team leader (salary & performance incentive)
Time management: meet strict payroll deadlines & prioritize tasks during busy payroll periods
