About the Role
BrandShield is seeking a Brand Protection Team Leader to oversee and guide a team of analysts responsible for detecting and mitigating online brand threats. In this role, you will manage daily operations, ensure high- quality enforcement execution, and drive team performance. This is an exciting opportunity to lead a dynamic team in the fast- growing brand protection and digital threat analysis field.
Key Responsibilities
Lead and mentor a team of Brand Protection Analysts, ensuring high performance, accuracy, and efficiency.
Act as the main point of contact between the Review Team and other BrandShield teams, ensuring smooth communication and collaboration.
Analyze enforcement results, identify trends, and optimize operational workflows for better efficiency.
Monitor enforcement actions, conduct quality assurance, and ensure timely execution of brand protection tasks.
Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide feedback, and implement strategies to improve team effectiveness.
Trained team members on investigative techniques, enforcement strategies, and best practices.
Requirements
Bachelor’s degree in any field (technical or analytical orientation preferred); MBA is an advantage.
Proven leadership experience with strong team management skills.
Excellent analytical and research abilities, with a high level of attention to detail.
Fluent in English (written and verbal).
Ability to identify patterns in data and make strategic recommendations.
Ability to work independently while managing a team effectively.
Proficiency in web- based research tools and office applications.
Self- motivated, results- driven, and adaptable to a dynamic environment.
